By attending Grace Church Southwest services or events, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed. These images and videos may be used on our website, social media, or in ministry-related materials. If you wish for a specific image of yourself to be removed from our digital platforms, please contact lucas@gracechurchsw.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email, and phone number, when you sign up for newsletters, register for events, submit prayer requests, or give tithes and offerings online.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information without their consent, please contact us at lucas@gracechurchsw.com so we can delete the data.

3. Email Communication

By providing your email address, you consent to receive church updates and newsletters.

Opt-Out: Every email includes an "Unsubscribe" link. You may also contact us at lucas@gracechurchsw.com to be manually removed.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Policy (10DLC Compliant)

If you opt-in to receive SMS messages from Grace Church Southwest:

  • Purpose: Messages include event reminders, urgent updates, or volunteer coordination.
  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to cancel.
  • No Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Donation and Financial Security

All financial transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party service providers. Grace Church Southwest does not store or have access to your full credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

6. Texas Privacy Rights (TDPSA)

In accordance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we have collected. While Grace Church does not sell your data, you have the right to opt-out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising.
